This Privacy Policy explains how Snapback ("Snapback", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Snapback app and playsnapback.com (the "Service"). The Service is intended for parents, guardians, coaches, and other adults.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address, used to create and secure your account.
• Content you upload. Game videos, photos, clips, highlight reels, text notes, and voice notes that you add to create highlights. This content is stored on our servers to provide the Service.
• Subscription status. Whether you have an active Snapback Pro subscription. Payments are processed by Apple; we never receive your card or payment details.
• Usage and device data. Basic logs and diagnostics (such as app activity and error reports) used to operate and improve the Service.

How we use your information

• To provide the Service — store your footage and process it into clips and highlight reels.
• To manage your account and your Snapback Pro subscription.
• To provide support and to maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, including Supabase (authentication and database), RevenueCat (subscription management), and our hosting and content-delivery providers. Apple processes all in-app purchases under Apple's own terms.

Data retention & your choices

Clips on the free tier are automatically deleted after 30 days; Snapback Pro content is retained until you delete it. You can permanently delete your account and all associated content at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app.

Children's privacy

Snapback is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for use by adults. Footage of minors is uploaded by the parents, guardians, or coaches who use the Service, who are responsible for having the right and any necessary consent to do so.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
